If you need a key to the garden residents, or have lost one, one of the garden committee members, Jacqui Lane, has the replacement garden keys should these be required. Please send an email to Jacqui on firstname.lastname@example.org and she will arrange for a replacement key to be made available for collection. For new residents, it will be necessary to provide proof of residence such as a Council Tax bill and a deposit of £15.00 per key. Existing residents will also be required to pay the deposit for each key.
For tenants moving into a rental property, please obtain a garden key from the landlord. Landlords are kindly requested to inform the Garden Committee both when a tenant leaves and when a new tenant arrives and to obtain keys that are no longer needed.
